The fifth international online conference of\u00a0the TICASS project is called PERSPECTIVES \u2014 Educational Aspects of\u00a0Technologies of\u00a0Imaging in the Perspective of\u00a0Visual Literacy<\/strong> and\u00a0will take place in \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem, CZ on 22 and 23 October 2020.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ABOUT THE FOCUS OF THE CONFERENCE<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Offering important communication environments, visual technologies have large impact on many areas. They articulate new language of visual narration and multiple ways of visual symbols reading. The PERSPECTIVES conference focuses on the technology of imaging, visual literacy, educational aspects of art and culture, and the art approach to informal education. The conference will introduce various art education systems and concepts used at universities as well as bring information about the theoretical framework in visual communications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

It will touch the fields of art, humanities and social studies, and reflect on the visual literacy area, on education in connection with the contemporary technologies, and on strategies of imaging, thus offering a platform for sharing ideas, experience and skills in the fields of visual communication and the public space.
